Welcome to the new website of the International Gundog League Retriever Society

This website has been updated so that it is now equally  accessible by laptop, tablet and smart phone.

The Society was formed in 1900 and has 85 Societies/Clubs that are affiliated. Each year stakes are held in order to qualify for the annual IGL Retriever Championship.

The International Gundog League Retriever Society and its Committee are sincerely grateful to the many Hosts who have shown exceptional generosity in inviting the Society to hold the Retriever Championship on their varied and challenging grounds.

This year's Championship will be held at Packington Estate, West Midlands by kind permission of Lord and Lady Guernsey on 3rd, 4th & 5th December.

Important notice: please refer to Spectator Information (to be found under the 2018 Championship section) for details of how to register as a spectator for admission to the Championship.  You will not be allowed onto to the ground without prior registration.

The 2019 Championship is to be held at the Glenalmond Estate, Perthshire.
